2025 Exhibitor Checks
When we are ready to distribute checks, we will send an email and update the website to notify everyone. We will give checks to those who volunteered during fair first.

It takes many hands of all sizes to make the sales successful! Please sign up to help us - one (1) representative per family receiving a sale check is requested to work a volunteer shift.

An administrative fee of $50 for Large Animal exhibitors, $20 for Small Animal exhibitors, and $20 for Premium Only exhibitors will be charged once per family. This administration fee will be waived upon completion of one (1) volunteer shift per family, regardless of the family's size, that is receiving a check. The Executive Board may address any special circumstances.

From our Large Animal Sale rules:

Premiums are an amount (must be a minimum of $10) that the buyer can give to the youth without buying their animal. All premiums must be turned in by 6 pm on the Friday following the sale (next day) to be included on the exhibitor’s sale thank you sheet. No late premiums will be accepted. Exhibitors who check in the following species (Beef, Dairy Beef, Sheep, Swine, Carcass) may receive premiums at the discretion of the ECYLO and/or their Species Superintendents. If an exhibitor does not check in one of the designated species at the current fair, their premiums will be donated to the ECYLO. A commission will be deducted from all premiums to help cover sale expenses; this charge will be determined by the executive board.

Premiums can be made in two ways:

Buyers who cannot attend the sale can pay premiums prior to the fair using the Pre-Fair Premium form, which is due by July 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. This option is only intended for buyers who cannot make it to the sales.

*NEW: We are offering an online option for submitting pre-fair premiums; this option opens after June 2nd.​

Buyers can fill out the Premium Log sheet on sale day; these are due by Friday, July 17th, by noon (this is the day after the sale).

All premiums are due by Friday, July 17, 2026, at 6 pm. No late premiums are accepted.

Buyers' passes - handed out at the Buyer's Workshop or picked up from the Front Office at the Fairgrounds (please see hours on the homepage). Two per youth for new buyers; 2024 & 2025 buyers are mailed passes.

Payments:
- ​If purchasing animals for meat, full payment is due by Friday (the day after the sale) at 5 pm.​

If sending purchase for resale or premiums only, payments are due net 10 days after the sale, July 26, 2026.

Late payments will result in 1.5% financial charge added for every 30 days after July 26, 2026.
