We use Google Analytics for basic usage tracking and to improve our services. We do not use analytics for advertising or remarketing.

  • Facilitate volunteer sign-ups and coordination

4. Mobile Application (ECYLO Volunteer Hub)

The ECYLO Volunteer Hub allows users to:

  • Register as volunteers

  • Sign up for event shifts

  • Provide contact and emergency information

 

We only collect data necessary to operate these features.

 

We do not access or upload your device contacts. Emergency contact information is entered manually by the user.

 

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored and managed using Base44, a platform used to create and manage the Volunteer Hub application.

 

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Access controls

  • Limited internal access

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

  • Accounts may be created by minors or their parents/guardians

  • We encourage parental or guardian involvement in all youth account activity

  • Parents or guardians may request to be added as an account manager or contact associated with a minor’s account, where applicable

 

We limit the collection of personal information from minors to what is necessary for participation in ECYLO programs and services.

 

Parents or guardians who wish to review, update, or request deletion of a minor’s information may contact us at communications@eclivestock.org

 

10. Internal SMS Communications (Non-Public Use Only)

ECYLO uses SMS messaging only for internal users, such as board members and authorized personnel.

These messages are:

  • One-time transactional verification/security codes

  • Not used for marketing or public communication

 

By providing a phone number for internal system access, users consent to receive a one-time security code.

 

Message details:

  • Message & data rates may apply

  • Reply STOP to opt out

  • Reply HELP for assistance

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

 

11. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our services, including:

  • Base44 (application infrastructure and data management)

 

These providers only process data as necessary to support our services.
